This is where you describe how best qualified you're for the job and what drives your interest in the job. In this stage, you should show enough confidence and passion for the job.
You will have to convince the employers that hiring you will be to their advantage above hiring the other person applying for the same job.

Being abreast with what the company is all about will give you an upper hand in seeking the job at the firm. Do a thorough research on the company's business, their motto and achievements. This is what will entice you to apply for a job at the company. The interviewers will be pleased to hear about the company from a third party which is you. The company's business and some other information can be learnt by reading about the company online and going to the head office before the interview.
While researching, you should look out for what the company stands for, its impacts in the community and its development ideas. Also research about the guiding principles and roles of the company.
